Over Paul’s 30-year tenure with Rancho Mission Viejo Company he was involved in the development of Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Ladera, and Los Flores.  Teri has worked collaboratively with Paul over the years in the creation of the vision, placemaking, branding and soft programing for Rancho Mission Viejo’s projects.
